Policies and entitlements
Leave types such as annual, sick, casual, maternity, paternity and optional leave have their own entitlements. In the demo these change with the region you select.
Requests and approvals
An employee raises a request, the manager approves or rejects it, and balances update. HR sees all requests and can step in where needed.
Holiday calendars
National, regional and optional holidays are kept in a calendar per region, so working days and leave balances follow the right calendar.
Linked to attendance and payroll
Approved leave shows on attendance records and feeds payroll in the demo, so unpaid leave is not typed twice.
Approvals and balances in practice
An employee requests leave from their own view, choosing the type and the dates. The manager sees the request and approves or rejects it, and the balance updates. The employee sees the decision, and HR can see every request across the company. You can try both sides in the demo by switching between the employee and manager views.
