Rosters and shifts
Plan shifts and rosters, then compare them with actual punches. The demo shows the roster view with sample staff.
Attendance exceptions
Late arrivals, missing punches and out-of-range punches are flagged for review, so HR deals with the exceptions rather than every record.
Leave, timesheets and sites
Leave and holidays are applied to the roster, and timesheets are drawn from punches. Locations and departments organize the workforce by site, so a manager responsible for one location sees that location’s people, shifts and exceptions.
Punch methods
The demo includes web punches with a geofence check and a simulated device feed. Real terminals are connected per customer during implementation.
Seeing the exceptions, not every record
On a busy day most punches are normal. The useful view is the short list that is not: a late arrival, a missing punch or a punch outside the geofence. HR can regularise an exception, and the attendance record and timesheet update with it. The demo includes a sample exceptions queue to work through, so you can judge how much of the daily checking it would remove from your HR team.
